1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear and customized items are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
